The Six Nations Nature Trail is located beside the Six Nations Tourism Building, on land which was originally part of the Johnson Estate "Chiefswood," which was the home of Mohawk poetess E. Pauline Johnson. The trail, along with the rest of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, is located in one of the last remaining Carolinian Forests in Ontario (23,250 acres). Today, the 2.5 km trail is filled with Carolinian Flora such as Chicory, Staghorn Suman and Wild Bergamot.
